Outings are way more fun when Mom doesn't come. . .

I had a migraine on a Sunday afternoon a couple of weeks ago, so my lovely husband evacuated the kids from the house and took them on a walk. They ended up at a park up the street and stayed for over an hour (thank you!) collecting garbage, er, I mean nature in a bag and throwing rocks into the pond. They seem to have enjoyed it immensely.
